    A mechanism for connecting two trough sections of a conveyor trough comprises connecting bolts which have heads on both sides and bridge the joints between the sections and are inserted in receivers which are provided in the section walls and are accessible from the inside of the upper trough portion. The bolt shanks have a rectangular cross section and are inserted through slots which are narrower than the broader side of the bolt shank. Upon inserting, the bolts are turned and arrested in transverse position relative to the insertion slot.

    The invention relates to chain scraper conveyors, and specifically to connections of sections of transport grooves of chain scraper conveyors.
    The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation and maintainability of the joint by preventing the wedging small rock from entering the joint.

    The connection of the sections 1 of the transport chute of the chain scraper conveyor contains connecting fingers 2, which overlap the junction zone of the adjacent sections 1. The connecting flanges 2 are located in the recesses 3, which are made on the inside of the side walls 4 of the upper branch 5 of the transport iron. Each connecting pin 2 has a rectangular cross section and thickened heads 6 at the ends.
    The notches 3 for the connecting fingers 2 have receiving extensions 7 for the thickened heads 6 of the connecting finger 2. The thickened heads 6 of the connecting fingers 2 have a bearing ring 8, and the receiving rasters 7 of the notches 3 have corresponding supporting surfaces 9 for the supporting rings 8 are connecting ): fingers The receiving slot 10 between the receiving extensions 7 of the notches 3 has a width greater than the width of the narrow side 11 of the connecting finger 2, and smaller than the width of the wide side 12 of the connecting finger 2.     The connection of sections 1 of the conveyor chute of the chain scraper of the first conveyor is carried out as follows.
    The connecting finger 2 has a narrow side 11 through the receiving slit 10 and 3 recess 3 is inserted. Then the finger 2 is turned at an angle equal to approximately 90, so that the side of the 12 finger 2 is wide opposite the receiving slit 10. After that the receiving slit 10 and the receiving extensions 7 are closed with lids 14, which are then fastened to the side wall of the upper branch 5 of the transport chute. Then, the same operations are performed on the opposite side of the joined sections.

    1. CONNECTION OF TRANSPORT CHANNEL SECTIONS OF A CHAIN SCRAPER CONVEYOR, including connecting fingers overlapping the joint area of adjacent sections, each of which has a rectangular cross section and thickened heads at the ends and is located in recesses made from the inner side of the side walls of the upper branch of the transport chute and having exit openings for cleaning the bayonet, the receiving slit, receiving extensions and supporting surfaces interacting with the supporting crowns of the thickened heads of the connecting fingers, and fixing elements, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of operation and maintainability, the receiving slot of each recess has a width greater than the width of the narrow side of the connecting finger and smaller than the width of the wide side of the connecting finger, and the thickened heads of each connecting finger are made with fixing recesses, each fixing element being made in the form of two covers connected to the side walls of the upper branch of the transport channel using screws located flush on the inside second upper side walls of the transport chute branches and to overlap the entrance slit and receive extensions of the recesses and having a locking cam, each of which is disposed in the latch recess of one of the thickened heads of the connecting pin.
